Programme Specific Outcomes of the Department (PSOs):

PSO-1 : Adopt a multi-disciplinary teaching- learning approach for inculcating a holistic engineering view among the students.
PSO-2 : Integrated approach to Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineering through study of interlinkages between Analog & Digital Electronics, Embedded Systems, Communication Technologies and Computer Networking Systems.

PO-1 Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization for the solution of complex engineering problems.
PO-2 Problem analysis: Identify and analyze well-defined engineering problems using codified standard methods.
PO-3 Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs.
PO-4 Modern tool usage: Ability to apply appropriate techniques, modern engineering and IT tools, to engineering problems.

M1: To provide the students with strong foundations in bases of Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineering, and allied disciplines.
M2: To impart core competencies and exposure to students on a range of equipment and methods employed in industrial workplace so that they can function as contributing professionals from day one.
M3: To undertake periodic curricular revision and upgrade the laboratories and workshops with latest equipment.
M4: To keep up to date with current trends in the field of Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineering through continuous learning activities of faculty members and involvement in challenging student projects.
